This website plays an important role in helping travellers/users/customers/participants get accurate information about trek/tour/camp packages and for the travel history of customers, and no other purpose besides these. The terms and conditions mentioned here are the components governing your access to the usage of any function of the Website. That includes any type of content, functionality, or services that are offered on tramptravellers.com, to the customers.
We recommend that you read the document thoroughly prior to booking any tour/trek. By accessing tramptravellers.com, and/or by accepting these terms when asked to, you hereby agree to be part of this agreement and our Privacy Policy, which is mentioned here by reference. In the case that you are not willing to comply with these Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy, you should immediately stop accessing the website.
Tramp Travellers reserves the right to modify and update these terms at any moment at our sole discretion. All modifications are in effect as soon as we publish them on our site, and thereby are applicable to the use of tramptravellers.com. In the case of modification in dispute resolution terms, the disputes which are filed before the date of publishing of new provisions, will not be subject to the modification. Thereafter, usage of the website post the publishing of new terms would, therefore, suggest that you give your agreement to the modifications.
All the travellers have to follow the camp rules, timings, and code of conduct during the time of camping and travel. Punctuality must be taken as a serious matter. Participants will have to follow the instructions clearly given by the instructor/guide, Misbehave/Arguing with the guide/instructor will be considered as disciplinary issues. In case of violation of disciplinary rules, Tramp Travellers has all the rights to rusticate a participant or terminate the participation.
In cases of disciplinary violation or the participants’ wishes to leave the camp willingly, we will not be held responsible for any further services, return tickets, refunds, etc. Also, we are not responsible for your further actions, safety, or any other actions that can affect the locality and jurisdiction. We are also not responsible for any type of internal disputes/quarrels among participants.
Payments are accepted through the online website registration portal(trampravellers.com) or through Google Pay on the official number (+91 79902 04262) or by cash at registered offices listed on the website. We do not accept any kind of payment through any other 3rd party portals, agents, booking offices, mobile applications, etc.
In the case of Advance Payment, if any modification in schedule or planning due to unavoidable circumstances is made, the participant will have to agree with it and bear the extra charges with the remaining payment.
The enquiry and registration helpings would be active on +91 79902 04262. However, the information available on the website would be considered final in case of any miscommunication or misinterpretation over the helplines.
Cancellation fees will be determined with reference to the date on which written notice of cancellation over a mail(info@tramptravellers.com) is received by Tramp Travellers and are expressed as a percentage of the total price of the tour/trek/trip, product or service.

Transaction charges are not refundable by banks/payment gateways. The refund amount will be paid in 7 to 12 working days directly into the bank account.
Note: In case of camp cancellation from our side, traveller/user are liable for a full refund deducting train cancellation charges(if any).
Transportation is managed as per head seat availability. We will help to adjust, however, we don’t offer any kind of seating preferences or special services. Train tickets are booked with subject to availability. Tramp Travellers does not possess a right to change the status for waiting or RAC tickets. However, pre mention of the status will be conveyed to participants while booking tickets.
Once a Tour/Trek has departed, itinerary changes may be necessary as a result of unforeseen circumstances, operational concerns, or concerns for your health, safety, enjoyment or comfort. Any changes are at the discretion of Tramp Travellers and its representative. You acknowledge that you must have reasonable financial resources to cover incidental expenses during all travel with Tramp Travellers, whether or not such expenses arise from a change of itinerary, and Tramp Travellers is not liable for your failure to prepare adequately for travel and unforeseen circumstances which may arise during travel. Tramp Travellers will not be liable for any indirect and or consequential losses associated with any changes to a booking or itinerary.
You acknowledge that adventure travel and the products and services offered by Tramp Travellers may involve a significant amount of risk to your health and safety. By travelling with Tramp Travellers, you acknowledge that you have considered any potential risks to health and safety. You hereby assume responsibility for all such risks and release Tramp Travellers from all claims and causes of action arising from any losses, damages or injuries or death resulting from risks inherent in travel, including adventure travel specifically, and participating in adventurous activities such as those included in Tour itineraries or otherwise offered by Tramp Travellers.
You agree that Tramp Travellers is not responsible for providing information or guidance with respect to local customs, weather conditions, specific safety concerns, physical challenges or laws in effect in any locations where a tour/trip/trek, product or service is operated. You acknowledge you have considered the potential risks, dangers and challenges and your own personal capabilities and needs, and you expressly assume the risks associated with travel under such conditions.
Traveller/User are responsible for any costs (including repair, replacement and cleaning fees) incurred by Tramp Travellers or the Tramp Travellers’ suppliers for property damage, destruction or theft caused by you while on a tour/trip/trek. You agree to immediately report any pre-existing damage to a representative of Tramp Travellers and staff of the accommodation, transportation service, or facility as soon as possible upon discovery.
You agree to take all prudent measures in relation to your own safety while on tour/trip/trek including, but not limited to, the proper use of safety devices (including seatbelts, harnesses, flotation devices, and helmets) and obeying all posted signs and oral or written warnings regarding health and safety. Neither Tramp Travellers nor its Third Party Suppliers (as defined herein) are liable for loss or damages caused by your failure to comply with safety instructions or warnings.

While participating in any Tour/Trek, images, photos or videos may be taken by other participants, Tramp Travellers or its representatives may contain or feature you. You consent to any such pictures being taken and grants a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to Tramp Travellers, its contractors, sub-contractors and assigns, to reproduce for any purpose whatsoever (including marketing, promotions and the creation of promotional materials by or with sub-licensees), in any medium whatsoever, whether currently known or hereinafter devised, without any further obligation or compensation payable to you.

You, the user is responsible and liable for ensuring and making sure that you meet and custom to the India and global entry needs and requirements and that you have documents for travel, such as but not limited to, government ID Card, visas (for foreign travellers), permissions, special permissions to restricted areas, are in order and any other India entry requirement are met. Although, most of the travel in India, is completed without the risk, and any incident, travelling by you to certain destinations or time may involve greater risk than usual or others. Tramp Travellers does not hold themselves responsible and are not liable for damages or loss, that may result from travelling to such destinations, in any part of India.
We strongly suggest and urges our user to carefully review travel prohibitions, warning, announcements, news, advisories, issued by local authorities and the National Government bodies. By offering the travel services, to any particular destination or destinations, Tramp Travellers, does not hold themselves accountable, or represent or warrant that the travel to such points and place is advisable, safe, and without risk. Further, it proclaims, that Tramp Travellers is not liable for any or all damages, or losses that may arise, from travel to such destinations.
